Warranty

All cues are built to within ±0.25 oz of the selected weight. If you’d like more precise control, we recommend selecting the weight bolt & tools so you can fine-tune the balance and feel to your preference.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your CarbonCraft cue is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty — fully transferable, with no receipt required. If it ever fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it. Simple as that.

This warranty does not cover normal wear (tips, ferrules, bumpers), damage from misuse, abuse, or environmental exposure.
