How Returns Work

If you need to return an item, you’ve got 30 days from the date it was delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in brand-new condition
  • Free from chalk, scratches, or signs of wear
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included

Just email us at dan@coloradocues.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning it. We’ll send return instructions and a return authorization number.

Important: Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds

Once your return arrives and we inspect it, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong item or a defective product).

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different model or spec? No problem. Just reach out at dan@coloradocues.com, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.


Not Eligible for Return

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized cues
  • Used cues or cues with chalk/wear
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers

Problem with Your Order?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days. Send a few photos and a description of the issue to dan@coloradocues.com, and we’ll make it right—fast.
